As many others have stated, the tool kit didn't contain the pentalobe tool. Mine came with two of the same phillips head screwdrivers...what a waste. I didn't see a "free installation voucher." There isn't a "Screen Guard' as seen in the pictures.

I ended up tearing the ribbon on the new screen so I guess I'm stuck with a buying a new one. I was very tempted to give this product a 1/5 stars but I do believe you can make it work with what (little) was included. I don't believe any business should get 4/5 or 5/5 if components are missing. Very disappointed overall.

The title basically says it all but I will add my 2 cents. I ordered my screen through buyiparts since they offer the prime 2 day shipping. After receiving the screen I quickly went to install the screen into the 16gb iPhone 4 (GSM). After installing, the phone was left to charge for a about an hour. When i plugged it in to charge you could HEAR the phone make the noise when the charger is plugged into it BUT the screen just stays "Lit". When I say "Lit" I mean that only the BACK LIGHT goes on. There is no images or anything. I can't even slide the key to answer calls or anything. In other words, the screen came faulty. Also when installing, the frame in which the LCD/Digitizer is in, didn't even FIT my iphone. Luckily i still had the old one from the phone. When I say didn' fit I mean as it was Designed incorrectly. The frame should of came with hinges on each corner to slide into the frame of the iPhone. Instead the hinge was made onto the sides of the frame which wasnt designed that way on my iPhone.

All around I was very disappointed with it all. I now will be in search for another screen or something as I continue trying to salgave this iphone 4. If not, To sell it will be.

Hope this helps anyone. Save your money because someone said "worth the 30 dollars" when in reality it wasn't even worth 10 bucks.
