I bought this when my baby was 8 months old and I needed it for traveling. It's a great concept and since before I had a chid I always imagined myself carrying my baby in one of these. They just look too cute and comfy... however, I did not find that to be the truth. This may be perfect for quick shopping trips if you don't want to carry the carseat or put the baby in the shopping carts. Anything longer than 30 minutes starts hurting your shoulders and back, no matter how small the baby is. I couldn't really use the wrap ... so I am actually returning it. The material is very soft, sturdy and the blue color is great, it just wasn't for me. I know a lot of people find a wrap to be very useful and comfy, not me though. Plus when I did try to use it around the house, my baby kept wiggling around and didn't want to stay in there... but that's just him... I am not saying all babies will do that! If you are looking for a wrap, try this one, you may love it. It is a nice one!

I love Maya wraps. I own 2, this is my second one. I have one in the car and one at home. The first one I ordered, I got it Medium based on the size charts they have in their website. I think the tail ends up being too long for me, I can't reach the pocket. This one I ordered it small and I prefer it. I'm 5'4" and it works out really well.
